The White Phoenix is the Strongest version of the Phoenix Force to ever exist. To gain such power, the user must have an extremely strong connection to the Phoenix Force. Only 2 people achieved such feat - Hope Summers and Jean Grey. Jean had the power to rival (or almost) the Living Tribunal and healed the future of the 616 universe.

Currently, the White Phoenix uniform is near trash, when in reality, it should be the strongest uniform there is.
