|bio=Carly Rancine awoke in the town of Dromedary Heights one day with no memory of who she was. Nobody could prove that she was ever even born. However, her chaotic and unstable powers quickly afflicted the nearby town with all manner of comedic mischief - the likes of which could give Loki a run for his money! She was taken in by Stan Woudean of Camelorum Correctional, and trained inside the prison to become a force for good. While she still can't fully control her immense power, she at least has resources when it makes too much trouble for her and others. Not entirely happy about being used as a weapon, she realizes that it is the only way she will ever discover the truth about her own origins.
