His evil plot in SpongeBob: Sponge Out of Water was to steal the Krabby Patty Secret Recipe so he can add it to the sacred book that he possesses. In this sacred book, every evil plan he writes down comes true and the secret recipe completes the book in order for this to happen. It is up to SpongeBob and friends to stop him and rewrite the story.
